Challenge:

Customer request the System can wrapped the A-pillar plastic with the Leather/fabric by welding process.

Solution:

We have integrated a six axis robot with ultra-sonic welding head to do the welding process. The mold base with custom design has mechanism to do the pressing  process, when the product place on the mold, the mechanism will press the plastic with the leather/ fabric then robot will do the welding process. Finally the plastic is wrapped  with the leather/fabric automatically.

Robotic operation maintain high quality rate and efficiency.

High quality demand of wrapping edge, the system perfectly settle

The quality issue, and improve productivity about 40%.
